Use prefix instead of schema name on field binding editor

When selecting a widget from available schemas or builtin widgets in palettes, the bound field display is using the "schema_name:field_id" syntax, so it's showing "dublincore:title" and "system:tag" for instance.
Using the prefix would be better, to display "dc:title" and "ecm:tag" instead.
