Adapt Studio UI to fasttrack releases and additional packages

Currently the Studio UI shows the target platform label "Nuxeo DM 5.7" for instance, and it will soon show only "Nuxeo CAP 5.7" only as DM and DAM are being defined as additional packages.

Also, the following markers are available:

• on platforms and packages: DEPRECATED, NEW (e.g last stable release) and DEV (e.g upcoming fasttrack release )
• on features: DEPRECATED, NEW, BETA

=> check if vocabulary needs to evolve, and if target platform label and packages presentations have to be changed
