Add a check on vocabulary name in widget editors

      Description

      on widget editory, if property name is "directoryName", there should be a check so that the vocabulary name is part of the registries (either user's one or built)in. Level of feedback : warning.

      Also, another ticket should be created for the vocabulary name refactoring, so that it affects those widgets'attribute values
