Improve 'Choose resources' buttons

There are maybe too many buttons in pages.
Things to try:

• lighter button
• link instead of button
• with an icon or an icon only (button or link)

• The text can be Select *** or Change *** when there is already a resource selected (if possible)
• The button must be after the selected resource, not before.
