Application template registries should be shown when imported.

      Description

      nuxeo-dam-default shared as an application template (DAM default) declares several things in registries such as facets and document schemas.

      When imported into another project, the registries are updated (I can see the redeclared facets for instance on doc type definition), but it does not show up in the project registries (they look empty).
