Add a "DAM Tabs Filtering" sub tab on document tabs editor

When DAM addon is activated on the Studio project, the document editor should show a ned sub tab "DAM tabs filtering" after the "Default tabs filtering" subtabs, listing default tabs available on the document tabs visible in DAM view.
