Remove dash character from generated layout and widget names

      Description

      The "-" dash character is accepted for features in Studio, but generated layout names should not hold this character as they're used on Nuxeo side to generate form names.

      Form names with this character cause issues with ajax re-render, as this character is badly encoded/decoded by ajax requests.
