Fix layout template samples

      Description

      Layout and tab templates are not returning the accurate version depending on target platform.

      Currently the layout template is the 5.6 one, even when using 5.7, and the tab template it the 5.7 one, even when using 5.6, leading to errors when deployed on a 5.6 (because of the missing new include of /widgets/incl/form_template.xhtml)
