If I change widget's field binding, default values are back

• I create a new doc type
• I select the create tab
• I drop the dc:title field
• I change the title as "toto"
• I change the field as dc:description

Problem:

• The title is back as "Title" (same for other parameters)

Wished result:

• The value set before changing the field binding are not changed.
