Improve initialization of "add surrounding form" configuration on tab widgets

Currently initial configuration of wigdets on tab layouts can easily lead to nested forms issues.

It would be better to detect if parent is already adding a form too.

As knowledge about parent editor(s) is needed to handle that, it would also be an opportunity to display breadcrumbs on each subview.
