Fix inconsistent behaviour when marking the workflow editor as dirty when navigating to a new feature

When a node is modified in the interface (new node variable created for instance) if the user does not click on save at the workflow level, he's never asked to do it, so he can loose his modifications.
Also sometimes the editor is marked as dirty when navigating to a new feature right after having saved the workflow.
