Display widget description in palettes

      Description

      On the widget palettes on the right, having a hint showing the description of the related widget type would be useful.

      Logic is already implemented, but adding the hint widget breaks the draggable state.

      + it would be nice to display a "new" marker next to the widget because we know the since version.
