Improve documentation on FetchContextDocuments to explain what is the input document when invoking the chain from workflow

The FetchContextDocuments is automatically added as the first operation when building new chains in Studio. When calling these chains from the workflow ( as input, output or chain related to a transition), the documents following the workflow are automatically set as input for the chain by the engine.
