Fix read only mode management in layouts

Steps to reproduce:

• check the "read only" checkbox on a widget, then save
• open the editor again, uncheck the box and fill a custom mode expression instead, then save
• open the editor again, the box is checked again (and disabled, but that's normal since when the editor is filled, the checkbox is disabled)

=> fix the read only check box saving
