Simplify the "New feature" Screen

This is just a proposition, as I guess it will impact all screens & tests and be very expensive.
Do the majority of users fill in "Feature Id" a real ID, different than the "label"?
If no, could we just generate the featureID by removing spaces from label, and keep it editable for the users that do use that field?
