Fix CSV and PDF export of widget templates in result layouts

Steps to reproduce:

• in a content view results, add a widget with type "template"
• make sure the template handle the CSV (plain) widget mode
  => when exporting in CSV, nothing is displayed in this column

This is because template is not defined in the CSV mode (see errors in logs)
