Error when creating an automation chain from user action creation screen

      Description

      Step to reproduce :

      • Go to Automation > User Actions
      • New > set the Feature ID > Next
      • In Action Execution box, follow the "Create" link
      • Set an Operation Id, then OK

      => you'll have an error message in a dialog box, about a ClassCastException

      Then it's impossible to leave this screen, an error is raised each time you try to save or discard changes.
