Allow using a different default application template depending on the target platform version

There are default application templates defined to be imported depending on the chosen target platform.

For now they do not take the version into account, which is a problem since we may not want to define the same features on a 5.5 and a 5.6 (for instance on 5.5 the summary page should still be filled, while on 5.6 tabs should be used instead).
