Fix layout template used when using 5.5

      Description

      Template used when using 5.5 is the one that should be used only when using 5.6.

      This produces errors like:

      Caused by: javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: /layouts/[project id]_layout_template.xhtml @65,67 test="#{not widget.handlingLabels}": Property 'handlingLabels' not found on type org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.forms.layout.api.impl.WidgetImpl
