Rename "has transition label" on task form tab

"Has transition" attribute should be selected by default when adding a new button. ANd the label should be renamed "Linked to a transition"

Furthermore, we should add a textual explanation between the layout editoin and the buttons part, like: "You can declare here the buttons that will be displayed for submitting the task form."
