Make warnings more silent

      Description

      If warning exists on a screen, a small lamp or something like this could be displayed, and if the user clicks on it, he sees the list of warnings, whith ability to check "Do not display this warning anymore" for each of them.

      First part of the story could be jsut to group the warnings behind the lamp.
