When adding a new permission, it should be possible to specify included permissions among Read, Write and Manage Everything

On the Permission feature, the same way we list the type for which it is displayed, user should be able to select the built-in permissions it also includes. (I think managing the "deny" case is not the priority. We should deny only the permission, not the included one. )
