      Description

      Add support for OpenID Connect Discovery URL to retrieve OAuth2 endpoints (another doc).
      It is known to be used by Google, Azure Active Directory and ADFS, at least.

      A new option will be introduced to point the full URL: openid_configuration_url.
      Example of such URL is https://server.com/.well-known/openid-configuration.
