Use the Server Version Information Endpoint

      Description

      We would like to leverage the Server Version Information Endpoint introduced in NXP-29798 instead of the CMIS one.

      The client should be kept compatible with:

      • Nuxeo Server <= LTS 2019 / 10.10
      • Nuxeo Server >= LTS 2020 & Cloud Track

      The function used to compare versions will be split into 2 specific functions (one for the "old" style using CMIS and one for the "new" style using the upcoming endpoint).
