Set the timeout for uploads using the default handler

There are write timeout issues, too frequent, when trying to use Drive against the intranet.

It happend that the default timeout (30 sec) is in use and so, any chunk > 1 MB will end on an error. Let's allow to pass a custom timeout and also set a default value higher than the default 30 sec.
