Ease up testing of local marketplace packages

      Description

      Today it's a bit complicated to test a market place package locally.

      Here are the steps when you already installed the test package:

      • uninstall it
      • most of the time, restart the server (if package is not hot reloadable)
      • remove it
      • upload the new one
      • install it
      • restart the server

      => if it could be possible to uninstall, remove and reinstall without restarting the server, it would make things easier (as only the final restart would be needed)
