All versions of the template are displayed in the "Bind a template to this document"

On the form to select to which template the document should be bound, all the versions of the templates are displayed, but without any indication of which version they are. If we want to displayed all versions, we should add the version number next to the template title. Otherwise, we should only display the last version of the template.
