Cannot save binarytext for specific fulltext index

After extrating the text content of a blob in BinaryTextListener, an error is raised when saving system property "binaryText" for a fulltext index different from the default one.
SQLDocumentLive should accept any property whose name starts with "binaryText", like "binaryText_title"
