Handle padding and margin in Summary view

      Description

      The gridRow placeholder on top and bottom of the summary view are used to add your own widgets. But when they are empty, the padding is still displayed and a lot of space is lost.
      The padding needs to be moved from the .gridRow global container to the .widgetPanel class.

      Update padding in H3 .summaryTitle since the padding top will be handle by the .widgetPanel container.
