Fix custom actions "more" menu display

Testing the actions widget on Studio side, within a tab, the following issues appear:

• the "more" menu display is misbehaving, clicking on it to open/close has no effect (and it's opened by default) -> maybe a CSS issue?
• the cursor type is always "pointer"
