Add a system tray icon/menu that enables to stop the Nuxeo Drive service

The system tray should be available both under Windows and Mac OS (on recent versions of this latter one).
The menu displays a command that enables to quit the program.

The user clicks on it, the sys tray icon disappears, Nuxeo Drive must be restarted to re-display it.
