Make HTML5 DnD timeout scalable

      For 5.5 and 5.6, D&D timeout can be increase with the system property "nuxeo.dnd.timeout"
      But this needs to increase the global transaction timeout "nuxeo.db.transactiontimeout"

      Description

      Currently, timeout for HTML5 D&D is set to 30s, which may seems too little if people try to import more than 10 documents.

      So we need to scale this timeout, with a maximum of 300s (which is the default value of a timeout that can happen server-side)
