jodconverter is not compatible with libreoffice 3.5+

On Windows: "basis-link" doesn't exist anymore, which makes the function that sets up the environment return immediately -> the environment isn't set up correctly and soffice.bin fails to start.
If we call soffice.exe instead, the UNO accept string doesn't seem to work -> the soffice process is not listening on the expected port and we can't connect to it.
