Fix update entry in multidirectory

When using a multidirectory whose at least 2 subdirectories are not in readOnly mode, updating an entry fails because the system tries to update the entry in each directory, whereas the entry only exists in one directory.

If an entry is not available in a subdirectory, do not try to update it there.
