Make the startup wizard use standalone Connect client

      Description

      Make the launcher add (and delete) at startup all wizard packages (in setupWizardDownloads).
      Make the wizard use the standalone Connect client for getting upgrades (download) and ask the Connect client to add packages into the cache.
      That requires the Launcher to store MD5 of installed packages for being read by the wizard.
