Header sorting in tables > swap arrow icons

The direction of the arrow icons (gray and yellow) has a contestable meaning.
Even if both direction are logical (arrow up for ascending or descending), it is common to use them that way:

• arrow up = increasing = smaller first = A to Z, old to new
• arrow down = decreasing = bigger first = Z to A, new to old
