Implement Workflow History sub tab

Sub-tab (of Audit) showing each executed steps of the past workflows on this document.

Audit logs have to contain all the info to display this screen. So each executed step must be logged, and there must be a new id logged for each new workflow instance, but also a log of the workflow model and the document id.

[Right now we have 3 pages of history for a 2 nodes simple workflow, and workflow history is merged with document history
This is hard to understand for our clients.]
