Add something to distinguish the documents in sections from documents in workspaces

When you do a search, and a published documents is found, you get the document in the workspace and in the section. In that case, the documents usually have the same title and you have to click to know if it's the published version of the document or the work document. It would be nice to have something visual to see which one is the published version (an icon? the path?).
