During mailbox syncronization , deleting the mailboxes for users and groups that no longer exists in LDAP/SQL directory should be configurable

The property "cm.syncro.delete.mailboxes" is now used to control if the old mailboxes are deleted or not during synronization. By default,if this property is not specified, the mailboxes are not deleted. ( contrary to previous versions)
