Add cadaver-like edit command to Nuxeo Shell

Add cadaver-like edit command to Nuxeo Shell. The edit command would perform a lock, get, editor launch, put, then unlock. This convenience command would move us towards replacing our use of cadaver with the nuxeo shell.
