Launcher: property nuxeo.dbtemplate is "unknown" when using a custom template (different from the default ones)

      Description

      When using a template different from default in nuxeo.conf, for example:

      nuxeo.templates=mycustomtemplate

      and a /templates/mycustomtemplate/nuxeo.defaults file that includes the default template:

      nuxeo.template.includes=default

      the launcher crashes with the following error:

      org.nuxeo.launcher.config.ConfigurationException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/ataillefer/nuxeo/nuxeo-cap-5.6-I20120322_0116-tomcat-sdk/templates/unknown/nuxeo.defaults (No such file or directory)
