      Description

      We need to implement SuggesterGroupRegistry#merge, which implies allowing incremental contributions of suggesterNames.
      For example:

      <suggesterName appendBefore="otherSuggesterName">suggesterNameToAppend</suggesterName>
or
<suggesterName appendAfter="otherSuggesterName">suggesterNameToAppend</suggesterName>
or
<suggesterName remove="true">suggesterNameToRemove</suggesterName>
