There are 3 ways to import a file in the platform:
- through a simple input field type="file"
- through the Files tab (CAP / DM)
- by drag and drop
About the simple field issues:
It is not possible to control the size.
It is impossible for now to have a beautiful cross-browser field only with CSS styles. The only way to control it is to add .js files.
About the file tab:
The RichFaces component we use is heavy (the box is almost prohibitive), not so clear (the confirm upload button is not obvious).
