Summary tab > Lock / unlock action as a button

In the 5.5 version, the lock/unlock widget is not clever:

• it takes a giant area for a small action
• labels are not really readable from the other things around
• you don't really see the "Locked" state info whereas it is important.

This action will be simplified and be displayed at the same level than the title.

• when the document is unlocked, the icon is gray, like the other actions
• when the document is locked, the icon is orange, clickable if you have rights to unlock it / not clickable for the other.

A tooltip can display the info: "Locked by John Doe, 01/02/2012 at 4h03"
