Fix document link display in Thunderbird RSS reader

Thunderbird RSS reader doesn't use the tag link to display the link to the document
Instead it uses the tag guid which usually corresponds to the unique document idenfier, and is bound to the documen UUID, which sounds logically

But to improve compatibility with Thunderbird, we'll set link with a document URL
