nuxeoctl should manage renaming of nuxeo.xml when org.nuxeo.ecm.contextPath is customized

Changing org.nuxeo.ecm.contextPath requires to also rename all occurrences of nuxeo.xml (for Tomcat). That renaming should be managed by nuxeoctl.
There's still a drawback: it won't be possible to automatically revert the change if the value of org.nuxeo.ecm.contextPath is manually changed twice.
