Default Config of DnD actions does not match the default config for Import actions

The default config for FileManager import action is overwrite = true.
The default config for FileManager import vis Drag&Drop of overwrite = false

=> for consistency, we must have the same default
=> put overwrite=true as default in DnD operation chains.
