Fix how navigation to user workspaces is detected

Currently, the detection is based on Seam events like goHome, personnalWorkspace or domainChanged
This is actually a problem for domainChanged which can be raised when the domain is modified without changes in the navigation.
Now we want to based detection on the current path.
