Improve HTML presentation of Email notification

Please estimate feasability and Charge of a "nice" html display (JIRA like) of the email with following display/links

In the subject: [Application_Name] <Doc Title> has been <created/modified/removed etc.> by <author>
In the email :
Document Title (link on the document)

Author : author_name (link on profile)

Location : name_parent_space
Description (if not empty)

• Link "download": to download main file from the email
• Link "Comment" : go to "comment" tab of the document
• Link "History": go to "history" tab of the document
