Fix focus on username on login page

When the login page is loading, the news frame may take some time to load itself.
So users typing their login and password fast may be annoyed by the focus put on username when the frame has successfully loaded (as it can make them type their password in the username field for instance).

=> find a better way to put the focus, independantly from the news frame loading time.
